That pine needle note really cuts through the sweetness in a martini, and the pale straw color looks great in the glass. It’s become my go-to for a dirty martini.

The aromatics of pine and spearmint really come through when you take a whiff, which makes it stand out from the usual dry vermouths. Mixed it in a martini and the slight sweetness added a nice roundness without being cloying.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well this vermouth balanced the sweetness of ripe grapes with the herbal notes of pine and spearmint. I’ve been using it in martinis, and it definitely adds a softer, slightly sweeter kick than typical extra dry options.
