Grilled some ribs last night and this was the perfect companion—those soft tannins kept things smooth while the spice and berry flavors held their own against the char. The hint of cocoa lingered just enough to make the last glass feel like dessert.

That cocoa note really comes through on the finish, making it feel richer than most red blends I’ve tried. It's smooth enough to sip alone, but I'm already planning to grab another bottle for burgers this weekend.
