The nose is fantastic—black fruit and pepper jump right out. That Maturana Tinta grape gives it a really deep, intense color, and the palate stays vibrant with those dark fruit flavors all the way through.

The balsamic acidity on the finish is what sold me—it keeps every sip lively instead of heavy. That savory edge paired beautifully with a simple steak dinner, and the black pepper note lingered just right. I've already ordered a second bottle.

I opened this expecting a typical bold red, but the black pepper and chocolate notes came through in a really surprising, pleasant way. The vibrant dark fruit finish kept me going back for another sip.
