METTLER PETITE SIRAH 2021, Lodi (ORGANIC)

I opened a bottle with dinner last night and the dark berry and plum aromas filled the room immediately. The velvety texture and lingering finish made it dangerously easy to finish the whole bottle myself.

The finish on this wine is incredible — that pepper and honey note really does linger for a while. Went through half the bottle without even realizing it because the tannins are so smooth.

That dark berry and plum aroma hits you right away, and the finish with hints of pepper and honey is such a pleasant surprise. The tannins are so well-integrated that the wine feels incredibly smooth from start to finish.
