RICARDO SANTOS MALBEC 2023, Mendoza, Argentina

Opened this with dinner last night and it paired beautifully with the grilled steak. The dark fruit flavors are rich but not heavy, with a smooth finish that lingers nicely. Really solid value for a Mendoza Malbec.

The 2023 vintage has a nice depth of dark fruit flavors, and it paired perfectly with our grilled lamb chops. It was smooth enough to drink without decanting, which made for a quick weeknight treat.

Opened this with a simple steak dinner and the dark fruit notes really came through—smooth, not too heavy. For under twenty bucks it’s a solid everyday Malbec with decent depth.
