That blackberry and tobacco note on the nose is exactly what I look for in a red, and the vanilla finish rounds it out beautifully. The tannins are elegant enough that it paired perfectly with lamb without being too heavy. Definitely grabbing another bottle.

That nose is exactly as described — blackberry and tobacco jump out, with a peppery note that lingers. Medium-bodied and smooth, the vanilla on the finish balances the spice nicely. Perfect with grilled lamb.

Poured a glass last night with dinner and was really impressed by how smooth it was — the black pepper and vanilla finish lingered just long enough. Balanced acidity made it easy to sip without food, too.
