Opened this for a Friday Shabbat dinner and the smoothness caught me off guard — mild tannins meant it went down easy with the brisket. The fennel hint on the finish is subtle but keeps things interesting. Perfect for a holiday table without being heavy.

Picked up a bottle for Shabbat dinner and it was a hit—the cherry and red berry flavors are bold but not overwhelming. Smooth enough to enjoy on its own, and the mild tannins kept it from being too heavy. Definitely grabbing another for the holiday.

The fennel note on the finish is such a nice surprise against all that cherry and red berry sweetness. It went down incredibly smooth with barely any tannin bite, and knowing it's not Mevushal makes it a solid pick for our Seder table.
