The ripe red fruits and black cherry flavors are so vibrant, it’s like tasting the Spanish sun. That earthy finish really grounds it, making it a perfect red for a cozy dinner. I’m glad I took a chance on this Bobal.

Opened this on a whim and was surprised by how smooth it is. That balsamic note really balances the ripe fruit nicely, though I wish it had just a touch more acidity. Perfect with a hearty pasta dish.
