Opened this with dinner last night and the apricot note really comes through on the nose, not just the taste. The lack of malolactic fermentation keeps it bright and zippy instead of heavy, which is exactly what I wanted for a warm evening.

I was pleasantly surprised by how vibrant the lemon and apricot notes are—it tastes like fresh fruit without any of that heavy oakiness. Poured a glass with grilled chicken and the bright acidity cut through perfectly. Definitely grabbing another bottle for summer.

Opened it last night and the cold stainless steel fermentation really shows—it’s crisp and clean, not heavy at all. The pineapple and apricot notes are right up front, but the lemon keeps it refreshing. Exactly what I wanted for a warm evening.
