This Riesling has that perfect balance of fruit and minerality from the basalt-rich soil — the lime and pineapple really pop without being too sweet. I’m already planning to buy another bottle for our next dinner party.

The basalt-rich soil really comes through in the mineral backbone that balances all that tropical fruit. I was blown away by how the apricot and mango flavors stayed fresh and elegant rather than heavy. This is easily one of the best Rieslings I've had this year.
