The ham is tied with rings of individually knotted twine according to traditional methods. then roasted. This makes the entire ham golden brown and exceptionally flavorful. Contrary to industrial baking inside molds. this ham has the beautiful shape of a mandolin with a fine burnished crust. Thinly sliced, at room temperature all of its superb fragrance and bouquet are released.
