Sofia K. ★★★★★

I was skeptical about a Danish whisky, but the heather-smoked barley really comes through—it's a much softer, more floral smoke than a typical Islay. Pairs surprisingly well with dark chocolate.

Carter X. ★★★★★

The barley smoked with heather gives it a really unique earthy sweetness that I haven't found in other peated whiskies. The 5-6 year maturation in first-fill bourbon casks brings a nice vanilla undertone that balances the smoke without overpowering it.

Daniel ★★★★★

That heather smoke on the nose is subtle but really distinct, not like any Islay I've tried. The 5-6 years in first-fill bourbon gives it a nice vanilla sweetness underneath, making it dangerously easy to sip.
