The high rye content gives this bourbon a lovely spicy kick that balances the fruitiness. That citrus zest and white pepper finish really lingers nicely after each sip.

I was pleasantly surprised by the fruit-forward nose—the ripe peach and berry aromas really come through before the spice kicks in. The finish is a bit hot for my taste straight up, but it smooths out nicely with a cube of ice.
