The biodynamic farming really comes through in the clean, herbaceous finish—it’s more layered than most white blends I’ve tried. The Xarel-lo gives it a nice structure that holds up well with food.

The nose really delivers on those herbaceous and musky notes, which I found beautifully balanced with the fresh fruit. It’s crisp and complex, exactly what I hoped for from a biodynamic white.
