Poured a glass last night and that plum and leather combo really comes through — smooth, not too heavy, and definitely worth the organic label.

The pepper note hits right away, then settles into those dark plum and black fruit flavors—it’s a medium-bodied red that’s smooth enough for a Tuesday pasta night but has enough leathery depth to feel special. I’m genuinely impressed it’s organic, because nothing about the taste feels sacrificed.

For an organic wine, this one has a nice medium body without being too heavy. The plum and black fruit flavors come through cleanly, and it pairs well with a simple weeknight dinner.
