菲謝酒莊馬貢-布爾吉『三風土』2024年，勃根地

Opened this as an aperitif last night and the roundness with that mineral finish worked perfectly with some smoked salmon. My guests all asked what wine it was.

The ripe fruit and mineral balance is spot on — worked perfectly as an aperitif before dinner, and the finish was surprisingly long for the price.

Opened this with some grilled trout and it held up beautifully — the round texture really carries the ripe fruit, but that mineral backbone keeps it from feeling heavy. For the price, this is a solid weekday Burgundy that works just as well on its own.
