Opened this with some lemon chicken, and the way that cinnamon and lemon finish mingled with the tangy sherry was spot-on. The almond and butter notes came through just as described, making every sip feel well-rounded. Already planning to grab another bottle for the holidays.

That salty, nutty aroma really sets the stage for a complex sherry. The almond and butter flavors come through beautifully, and the crisp lemon finish keeps it from being too heavy. A fantastic value for the price.

I opened this for a holiday dinner and the cinnamon and lemon balanced the almonds perfectly; the finish is medium-dry and crisp, just what I wanted.
