I opened a bottle after a few years in the cellar and the firm tannins have softened beautifully while the dried fruit notes stayed bright. The acidity keeps it lively on the palate, so it’s just as good with a cheese plate as it is on its own.

The unfiltered bottling really gives this Port a deep, rich texture that I wasn't expecting—it's got that perfect balance of acidity and dried fruit. I've been cellaring a bottle to see how it ages, which feels like a fun experiment.

The dried fruit notes really come through, and the acidity keeps it from being too heavy. Even though it's unfiltered, it poured surprisingly smooth after decanting for an hour.
