That baked apple and pear note on the nose is exactly what I get, and the oak spice on the finish balances the sweetness perfectly. A really pleasant sipper for a cold evening.

The baked apple and pear upfront really comes through, and that oak spice on the back end keeps it from being too sweet. Poured it neat after dinner and the toffee lingered just long enough to make me want another sip.

That caramel wafer note on the nose is spot-on, and the oak spice on the palate balances the fruit beautifully. The finish is smooth and pleasant, not harsh at all. Exactly what I was hoping for.
