I opened this after letting it breathe for about 30 minutes, and the fruit just kept coming — rich but not jammy. That organic farming really comes through in the clean finish.

The depth of flavor in this 55-year-old vine Zinfandel is incredible—it's rich and layered without being heavy. I was surprised how smooth it drinks for a wine with that much age behind the vines. A perfect companion for a slow-cooked Sunday dinner.

Opened it last night with pasta and it was gone before the plates were cleared. The 55-year-old vines really come through—dark, earthy, and surprisingly smooth for a Zinfandel. Already thinking about grabbing another bottle for the weekend.
