VINOS MARINOS 'EL NEPTUNO' 阿爾巴利諾 2023，里亞斯拜薩斯，西班牙

That lemon-lime finish is so clean and refreshing, perfect for a warm evening. I could really taste the peach and sea salt notes, which made it feel more complex than your typical white wine.

The mineral backbone really comes through on the palate, and that lemon-lime finish lingers just long enough to make you want another sip. I’ve had pricier whites that don’t feel this balanced or refreshing.

Opened a bottle with grilled shrimp last night, and that hint of sea water alongside the lemon-lime finish made it an absolutely perfect pairing. The peach and white flower notes on the nose are surprisingly delicate.
