جبن شيدر أبيض حاد من كابوت فيرمونت 9 أشهر (8 أونصات)

I've bought cheaper cheddars before, but the difference after those 12 months of aging is obvious. It slices cleanly for sandwiches, yet still crumbles over my chili exactly the way I wanted, and the sharp bite lingers just long enough. Already planning my next order.

I’ve been buying aged cheddars for years, and this 12-month block slices without crumbling—perfect for my cheese board. The sharpness hits just right without being overwhelming.

The crumble on this cheddar is exactly what I wanted for topping chili—it breaks apart perfectly without getting mushy. Slices are clean and thin for sandwiches too, and that sharp bite keeps getting better the longer it sits out.
