The dark berry and mocha flavors really opened up after about an hour in the glass, and the tannins are firm but not overpowering. This is drinking beautifully now even at 20 years old.

The minty bay leaf note is so distinct and pure, really sets this apart from other Napa cabs I've had. Dark berry and mocha are woven together perfectly, with tannins that are structured but not overwhelming. Opened up beautifully after about an hour.
