SHROPSHIRE (LB)

I was pleasantly surprised by the slight yeasty undertone that really balances the savory creaminess. It crumbles beautifully over a salad but also melts well on toast.

The texture is perfectly creamy and that slight yeasty flavor makes it stand out from regular blue cheese. I've been slicing it thin for crackers and it melts beautifully on warm bread.

The annatto gives it that gorgeous orange marbling, and the creamy texture melts on your tongue without being crumbly. I’ve been enjoying thin slices on crusty bread for lunch, and it’s just savory enough without being overpowering.
