Producing a highly prized peated spirit, Caol Ila Distillery is our main supply from the Isle of Islay. We continuously achieve unique flavours to this smoky spirit by using interesting casks. Nose: Cured meat, smoky honey & quince. Palate: Grilled peach & tropical peated malt. Finish: Sweet orchard fruits & warm embers. After 18 months of additional maturation, the exceptional integration and balance of the raw peat and elegance of the Hungarian oak is an absolute triumph in the Art of Maturation."
