The nutmeg and white pepper come through just enough to warm up the rabbit, and the pork belly wrapping stays tender even after a few days in the fridge. I sliced it thin for sandwiches one night and thicker with pickles the next, and both worked great. The parsley keeps it fresh-tasting all the way
