亞伯彼修 夏布利一級園 芙修姆 2022 布根地

That floral and mineral nose is exactly what I look for in a good Chardonnay, and the finish really does go on forever. Perfectly balanced for sipping on its own.

I opened it last night with some seared scallops and the floral notes hit immediately—way more elegant than most Chardonnays I've tried. The richness on the palate is there but it stays incredibly fresh through the long finish, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

That mineral finish really lingers in the best way—paired it with oysters and the whole experience felt elevated. The richness on the palate is balanced perfectly with the freshness, making it dangerously easy to finish the bottle.
