邦特拉 '盧斯特' 藍鷺莊園 夏多內 2022 門多西諾 (有機)

I'm not usually a white wine person, but this organic Chardonnay from that blue heron vineyard has a clean, crisp finish that won me over. The fruit comes from right by the Russian River, and you can really taste the bright, balanced flavor.

The fact that the grapes come from a vineyard next to a blue heron nesting site makes this feel extra special, and the organic certification is a nice bonus. It's bright and crisp with just the right amount of richness for a Mendocino Chardonnay, perfect for a lazy Sunday afternoon.

This Chardonnay has a really smooth finish, probably from the organic grapes grown near that heron preserve. It paired nicely with roasted chicken last night without being too oaky.
