The deep espresso and dark truffle notes on this one are incredible, and it finishes with a long, silky charcoal edge. I opened it after a few hours of decanting and it was already singing.

That roasted apple wood aroma really comes through on the finish, and the wine has a silky texture that makes it feel more polished than other Rhônes I've tried. The charcoal note gives it a nice weight without being overpowering.

The dark truffle and espresso notes really come through on the palate—it’s got that deep, earthy complexity I love in aged Rhônes. The tannins are fully integrated now, making it smooth but still structured enough to pair with a roast. Definitely glad I bought this bottle.
