This bottle is still incredibly youthful for a 2010, the dense fruit and bitter almond notes suggesting it needs a few more years. The mouthfeel is what really sets it apart though—so silky and long. I'm glad I bought two to see how it evolves.

Even after all these years, those bitter almond and orange zest notes still keep the ripe tropical fruit in check—it's a beautifully balanced, complex white that evolves in the glass. The finish is incredibly long and silky.
