I’ve been looking for a vegan red that doesn’t taste thin or acidic, and this Rhône blend is surprisingly full-bodied for a table wine. The dark fruit and subtle spice lingered nicely through the finish.

Opened this last night and let it breathe for about an hour — the dark fruit and subtle earthy notes really came together. Perfect for a quiet evening, and it's vegan to boot, which was a nice bonus.

Had this with a simple mushroom risotto and it held up beautifully—the tannins were firm but not harsh, with a surprisingly long finish. For a vegan wine under $25, the depth of flavor from that tiny Maury appellation really impressed me.
