I was curious about the "old vines" claim, and this Chablis delivers—the flavor depth is noticeably richer than a standard Chardonnay, with a nice mineral finish. It paired perfectly with my roasted chicken last night.

That old-vine concentration really comes through — there's a richness and depth here that most Chardonnays under $30 just don't have. Crisp finish, too, exactly what I was hoping for from a Burgundy.
