FRENCH COMTE (8 OZ)

I was pleasantly surprised by how complex the flavor is—there’s a tangy, almost fruity finish that pairs perfectly with a crisp apple. The texture is firm yet creamy, exactly what I expect from a good Comte. It’s already become my go-to for cheese boards.

The rind had a lovely rustic look, and the interior was that perfect pale yellow with tiny crystal crunch. I've been slicing it thin with apples for lunch, and that dried fruit tanginess really comes through.

Opened the package and that rich, nutty aroma hit me immediately. The texture is perfectly firm yet creamy, with a fantastic depth of flavor that lingers. Exactly what I was hoping for in a Comté.
