GRAND NOIR BLUE CHEESE (LB)

I was pleasantly surprised by how creamy and buttery this cheese is—it melts beautifully on a warm cracker. The mild blue flavor lets the cow’s milk taste come through perfectly without being overwhelming.

This blue cheese has that perfect balance of creamy, buttery texture without being too sharp or overpowering. The cow's milk really comes through with a bright, clean finish that makes it stand out from other blues I've tried.

The blue flavor is subtle enough that my partner, who usually hates strong cheeses, actually asked for seconds. It crumbles beautifully over salads but also melts nicely on a burger. Just wish the wedge was a bit bigger for the price.
