I was blown away by how the black plum and berry flavors just explode on the palate, and those elegant tannins make the finish last forever. For a full-bodied Shiraz, it’s surprisingly smooth now but I can tell it’ll only get better with a few more years in the cellar.

That black plum flavor is incredibly intense right from the first sip, and the tannins are so smooth they make the finish last for minutes. Drank it with a rare steak and it was a perfect match. Definitely buying another bottle to cellar.

That long, lingering aftertaste really is the standout here — the black plum and berry notes hang around for ages. Full-bodied and rich, exactly what I was hoping for, and it drank beautifully tonight.
