TWO HANDS「BELLA'S GARDEN」SHIRAZ 2018，巴羅莎谷

Opened a bottle last night with roast lamb and the dark berry and mocha notes were spot on. Silky, full-bodied, and everything I hoped for given that 93-point rating.

I’ve been cellaring this for a couple of years and it’s still bursting with dark red berries and that soft mocha edge—the balance is spot on. Opened a bottle last week and it drank beautifully with a slow-braised lamb shoulder, just as the tasting notes promised. This is one I’ll grab a few more of

The mocha and spice notes are subtle but really lift the dark berry flavors—very well integrated. Pairs beautifully with a hearty pasta dish, and I can see this aging nicely for a few more years.
